Privacy Protocol

Effective Date: June 25, 2026

SmartBrokerQuant ("we," "our," or "us") operates as an independent infrastructure analytics platform. This Privacy Protocol outlines how we handle data execution loops and user analytics terminal logs to maintain compliance with global data protection standards (GDPR, CCPA).

1. Non-Personal Data Collection

We do not request, harvest, or store personal identifiable information (PII), banking credentials, or personal financial records. The input fields within our Liquidity Slippage Loss Calculator are processed locally on the client browser terminal solely to visualize mathematical savings estimates based on global latency benchmarks.

2. Infrastructure Cookie Logs

Our servers deploy standard analytical cookies to evaluate web latency performance, ad tracking conversions, and geographical network requests. This ensures our Live Infrastructure Feed maintains optimized latency metrics for incoming network nodes.

3. Third-Party Data Routing

This terminal contains analytical tracking redirections to authorized prime brokers (including Pepperstone). By deploying these tracking protocols, we do not share personal user assets. Users migrating terminals to third-party institutions are governed directly by the receiving broker's specific data safety frameworks.
